"เขี้ยวสมุทร" เปิดเฟ้นหาแข้งเยาวชนฝีเท้าดี 28-29 ก.ย.นี้
โอกาสของน้องๆ มาถึงแล้ว เมื่อ สมุทรปราการซิตี้ สโมสรฟุตบอลอันดับ 5 ของไทย เปิดรับสมัครเยาวชน อายุ 17-21 ปี เข้าเป็นนักฟุตบอลของ สมุทรปราการซิตี้ อะคาเดมี ในวันที่ 28-29 กันยายน 2562 นี้
น้องๆเกิดปี พ.ศ. 2541-2545
คัดตัว 28 กันยายน 2562
รับสมัคร เวลา 09.00 น. ที่ สนามเกียรติธานี ฟุตบอลแคมป์ (สนามซ้อมทีมสมุทรปราการซิตี้)
-ผู้ที่ผ่านคัดตัวรอบแรก จะคัดรอบสองเวลา 13.30 น.
-ผู้ที่ผ่านคัดตัวรอบสอง จะเข้ารอบตัดสินวันที่ 29 กันยายน 2562 (กำหนดเวลาจะแจ้งให้ทราบตอนผ่านคัดตัวรอบสอง)
-หากคัดผ่านครบขั้นตอนแล้ว จะซ้อมอาทิตย์ละ 3 วัน ผู้ปกครอง รับ-ส่ง ไป-กลับ พักที่บ้านตนเอง ตั้งแต่ 1 ตุลาคม จนถึง 31 ตุลาคม 2562 และ ตั้งแต่ 1 พฤศจิกายน 2562 จะซ้อมทุกวัน หยุดวันที่โค้ชกำหนด
-น้องๆอายุ 17-18 ปีสามารถสมัครเข้าพักที่แคมป์ได้ กำหนดย้ายเข้า 30-31 ตุลาคม 2562 เรื่องค่าใช้จ่ายและย้ายโรงเรียน สโมสรจะชี้แจงรายละเอียดให้ผู้ปกครองทราบในวันสมัคร

เอกสารที่ต้องเตรียมมาประกอบการสมัคร
1. รูปถ่ายหน้าตรงไม่ใส่หมวก ขนาด 2 นิ้ว จำนวน 2 รูป
2. สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน จำนวน 2 ชุดพร้อมฉบับจริง
3. สำเนาบัตรประชาชน หรือ สำเนาพาสปอร์ตไทย ของตนเองและของบิดาหรือมารดา (สำเนาสี) อย่างละ 2 ชุดพร้อมฉบับจริง
4. ใบสมัคร 1 ใบ (ผู้ที่ร่วมการคัดเลือกต้องดาวน์โหลดใบสมัครพร้อมกรอกรายละเอียดมาให้เรียบร้อย เพื่อนำมาแสดงตัวในวันคัดเลือกเวลา 9.00 น. )

This is your chance young footballers! Samut Prakan City, Thailand’s fifth-ranked professional football club is looking for youth players aged 17-21 for our Samut Prakan City Academy! Try-outs will be held September 28-29, 2019.
So if you were born in 1998-2002, be here on September 28th, 09:00 hrs., to submit your application at KiartiThanee Football Camp, the Samut Prakan City training ground.
- Athletes who pass the first-round selection process move-on to the second round starting at 13:30 hrs.
- Athletes who pass the second-round selection process move-on to the final round of try-outs on September 29, 2019 (the specific time will be given at the end of the second round).
- After try-outs, practice will be 3 days a week. Parents must send and pick-up their youngsters from October 1-31, 2019. Starting from November 1, 2019, there will be practice every day (with days-off to be designated by the coach).
- Athletes between ages 17-18 can apply to reside at the training camp with the move-in scheduled for October 30-31, 2019. Allowance for athletes and school-transfer details will be provided to parents upon application.

1. 2 portrait photos (no hats)
2. 2 photocopies of house registration accompanied by the original
3. Photocopy of Thai ID card or Thai passport belonging to the athlete and father or mother (2 sets of color photocopies accompanied by the originals)
4. 1 application form (is mandatory for all athletes - download the application form and fill-out all the details for submission on try-out day, 09:00 hrs.)
